Beginners Course

No prior experience needed: All that is required is enthusiasm, and for you to bring your camera as well as a notebook and pen. Notes will be proved.

You will learn…

What the different modes/settings on your camera stand for and how to use them.

Aperture settings and shutter speeds, what is their function when it comes to exposure and creative within your images.

Composition and exposure through a guided Photowalk around the very picturesque area of Stoneybatter and Smithfield.

Experiment with night photography and light writing

Shoot using RAW files and in Adobe RGB

Our Approach

Is very hands-on, using visual learning techniques with plenty of opportunities to put into practice what you are learning.

Results

As well as having produced a body of photography works from the courses,  you will know your camera and how it works and with confidence, you will take well-exposed and composed photographs.

Course Duration

Runs over 4 sessions for 2hrs 45mins.  Times of 2 different courses times Morning session 10.15 am-1 pm and Evening session 6.45 pm-9.30 pm

Dates For  Autumn  

Monday, January 27th February Saturday 8th, Mon, 10th & 17th

For the morning session only, instead of a Saturday for the 2nd class, it will run Monday 3rd

These courses are run evening and week daytime
